"The overall process was excellent."
The overall process was satisfactory, but the automatic part could use some improvement. I transferred three lines from Verizon, one with a new phone from your company, one older iPhone that required a SIM card, and a newer iPhone that needed an eSim. However, I received the new phone and two SIM cards, but did not receive the eSim email as indicated in the form. Eventually, I was able to resolve the issue with the help of Customer Service.
The automated form requested a PIN/password, which I provided. However, I later found out from Customer Service that I needed to call Verizon and obtain a 'porting PIN'.
Overall, it was okay and I appreciate the assistance, but a few adjustments could have saved me several hours of telephone time on Monday.

The phone arrived promptly and in impeccable condition. I was able to get it set up and running smoothly with just a few simple steps. The new phone appears to be functioning as advertised. We have now bought phones from Consumer Cellular four times, and they have never failed to meet our expectations.

I highly recommend using Fedex or UPS for your delivery needs. Unfortunately, USPS has repeatedly delivered packages to the wrong mailbox or address, causing unnecessary inconvenience.
